(Example: a client once gave me hundreds of pages of technical specs on giant data storage servers, their desired sales methodology, and the challenge of creating an engaging, entertaining multipath simulation in which sales guys sold those machines to on-screen characters using that sales methodology. They loved it! I loved it! Everybody wins.)
What I believe:
I believe we’re at a fascinating moment in history where corporate cultures could determine how we approach many of the world’s greatest challenges:
- Will we harness and capitalize on the creativity and exceptional skills of Gen Y & Millennials?
- Will women’s leadership expand across sectors?
- Will corporate social responsibility reside at the core of organizational culture?
- Will we transform our relationship to the Earth, leaving it as resource-rich as we found it?
I hope so; let’s work together to make it so.

I also believe that life is short. It’s too short to spend time on petty office politics or wasting energy on things upon which we have little impact. It’s too short to spend your life going to work every day if you don’t make a difference.
“Yeah, but what do you do exactly?”
During my twelve years in Universities, my goal was to teach full out, like every single class session could change a life, like I was training a corps of freedom fighters standing for freedom of expression around the world.
Now, through my own business, TNM Coaching and the Trestle Group Foundation, multinational corporations, entrepreneurs and NGOs hire me to envision & strategize with them, facilitate, train and coach.
For corporate clients I design and deliver training, communication programs, and executive and group coaching. Global strategic vision and rollout are among my strong suits, from automotive to shipping to oil & gas to financial sectors.
You can send me into a room full of disgruntled people & I will find out what’s going on. Then we’ll figure out how to fix it. (Even if they are all off oil rigs in the North Sea. True story.)
